This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the CALRP FiveM game server ("Server") provided by Wraith Holdings LLC ("Wraith Holdings LLC"), a company registered at 2389 MAIN ST STE 100, GLASTONBURY, 06033, Connecticut. By accessing and using CALRP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Server Punishments

We are committed to maintaining a positive and enjoyable environment for all players on CALRP. To achieve this, we enforce the following server punishments for violations of our rules and guidelines:

• Warning: Warnings are issued for minor infractions or rule violations. They serve as notices to inform you of the need to correct your behavior.
• Kick (Disconnect From Game Server): A kick results in the temporary removal from the game server. This punishment is typically applied for more serious rule infractions.
• Temporary Ban: Temporary bans are issued for significant rule violations. They prevent you from accessing the game server for a specified duration.
• Permanent Ban: A permanent ban is the most severe punishment and has no expiration date. It is applied in cases of repeated violations or grave breaches of our rules.
• RFC (Removed From Community): Players who pose a high risk to the community due to actions such as chargebacks, harassment, threats, or other behaviors deemed detrimental may be permanently removed from the CALRP community.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for valid reasons, such as when a product doesn't function as described or the product description is inaccurate. We do not offer refunds for in-game punishments, including bans.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are a serious matter. Initiating a chargeback for a payment related to CALRP services will result in an immediate Permanent Ban (PermBan) or RFC as a consequence. Chargebacks should not be used as a means of resolving disputes. If you encounter issues with your purchase, please contact us directly for assistance.

Our Services

In addition to the CALRP game server, we offer several other services to enhance your experience within the CALRP community:

• Discord Guild/Server: We maintain a Discord guild/server where you can interact with other players, access important announcements, and engage in community discussions. By participating in our Discord server, you agree to adhere to our Discord server rules and guidelines, which are available within the Discord server.
• TeamSpeak3 Server: We provide a TeamSpeak3 server for voice communication within CALRP. By using our TeamSpeak3 server, you are expected to follow our TeamSpeak3 server rules and guidelines, which are outlined within the server itself.
• Portal: Our online portal provides essential resources and information for CALRP players. By utilizing our portal, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions provided within the portal.

Purchases through Tebex Limited

We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. In order to make any such purchase from Tebex, you must agree to their terms, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms. If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.

Changes to Terms of Service

Wraith Holdings LLC reserves the right to modify and update these Terms of Service at any time. Such changes will become effective upon posting on the CALRP website or within the game server. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any modifications. Continued use of CALRP after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
